Training up leaders has become a priority so that leaders are being equipped and workers are multiplying. Seeing individual women find their place in ministry serving in the local church is an important objective for me.
The time I have spent living among the Austrians, engaging and integrating in the culture of daily life here, has been such an asset in building trusted relationships. I consider it a privilege to have such trusted standing with the Austrian women I work with and disciple. The Austrian people have won over a huge place in my heart that goes beyond ministry, and I consider Austria my home.
