The purpose of the Border Buddies mission is to improve the outlook and strength of families and keep youth from entering the gangs in Tegucigalpa by offering:
- Christ-centered youth groups
- Sponsorships for children to attend school
- Improved and expanded schools
- Sponsored small business start-ups
- Tailoring classes
- Prison ministry
- Short-term construction teams
- Short-term medical teams
