Rev. David and Elese Cosgrove are the founding directors of Cross Over Global Outreach, a mission organization helping fulfill God-given vision of nationals. They labor overseas in numerous fields, particularly Kenya and Bulgaria, as well as provide short term misson trips for those wanting an up close and personal experience. While stateside, they pastor Devotion House Ministries in Corning, NY, a Sunday gathering to host the presence of God while equipping the saints for their work of ministry. The Cosgrove’s have five grown children, all married and serving the Lord, and currently blessing them with an abundance of grandchildren. Dave and Elese’s passions are traveling both home and abroad teaching and connecting with individual to fill the gaps of God-given vision.
