David and Cynthia grew up in Central America as missionary kids. Their experiences as third culture children gave them a heart for the nations. Together they cofounded I Thirst International in 2009, a non-profit committed to providing clean water and small business training in developing nations. They have traveled extensively in 10 countries leading short term teams and doing clean water projects and business training.

David owned and operated Pearson Seamless Gutters for 27 years which he turned over to his son, Joseph, in 2018 because God was calling them to have a deeper, long term impact in missions. Now they live in Nepal where they are doing business as mission setting up a small business training center and incubator called NuVenture Nepal.
