As a team, ABWE Ghana has developed a four-part guiding document that we call our “sandbox”:

  • Mission: We exist to glorify God by multiplying healthy churches.
  • Central Ministry Focus: To develop and empower leaders and passionate Christ followers
  • Guiding Principles: We are committed to being Biblically-based, mentoring, equipping nationals without creating dependency, providing and receiving accountability, learning through ongoing training, empowering teammates and nationals, and utilizing available resources.
